Ingredients
16 oz spaghetti noodles
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 cups grated mozzarella cheese, divided (2 cups for the sauce, 1 cup for topping)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1.5 cups half and half
2.5 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie or boiled and shredded)
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, half and half, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Use an electric mixer or whisk vigorously until smooth and creamy.
- Add the drained spaghetti and shredded chicken to the cheese mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the spaghetti mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Top with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
